Pimple on testicle
I see a white boil on my right side of my testicle form past 3yrs when I touch its hard but no pain when I try to squeeze I can feel hard small fat stored in that ! What is this and is their any gel to apply ?

If it is not growing in size or if its not painful nothing to worry. Kindly take a physical opinion of a doctor to know what is it exactly. If it is a lipoma no gel is present for the treatment.
