Pimples on scrotum
Im having pimples on scrotum since many days
I use a trimmer for removing hair there
Some pimples on hard pressing release pus like hard material white in color
While most of them dont burst at all

Don't try to press them out, you may be having steatocystoma, visit a Dermatologist
