Platelets count
Before Covid my platelet count used to be 190. When I got infected with covid 15th June it reduced to 116. Yesterday 9th Aug it is still 113. Jow to increase the value?

Use natural resources. Sometimes in infection platelet count decreases due to bone marrow suppression.

Drink plenty of fluids, eat red colour fruits and vegetables.. juices, consume small onion jaggery etc.. all these will help your platelet to rise slowly..
