Please clear my douts about contact lens
My power is -5.25 in left eye and -5.00 in right eye (farsighted) for past 2 years. Now I decided to use contact lens. But j don't knw to buy it. So please suggest something to buy gud contact lens for my power.

If you are going to use contact lens for the first time , you should consult ophthmologist or optometrist who will train you how to insert & take it out, training is must otherwise you will damage your eyes , contact lens is not used for more than 5-6 hrs continuously , you may go for Bausch & Lomb contact lens.
