Please help
I am 17 and my weight is 86 and im short. I want to become thinner in the shortest time but I do not like sports so much what I do. Im from Bahrain

Don't Think by short time for wt reduction. It will take time but result will be for long term. Start morning and evening exercise like cycling, skipping. Start brisk walk. Add high fiber food in ur diet Take 1-2 glasses of water before meal. Take 2 glasses lukewarm lemon water early  morning. Take fenugreek, flax seed early morning with water.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Will surely help you out..... Everything is possible ... Do exercise at home like crunches, cycling,squats,up down,do not use lift use only stairs, do not sit after taking meal, do not drink water between taking meal.... Use more of detox liquids like cinnamon water, cucumber water, jeera water etc. Eat more fibre ... Avoid fats and reduce your carbs Small and frequent meal should be taken

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
