Positive UPT. No sac visible in U.S

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I got a strong positive in urine pregnancy test. But in trans vaginal ultrasound, no sac was visible. Doctor asked me to take beta hcg test and it came out as 3513... I am worried... What may be the cause?
