Try to have walk as much as possible at home only. Watch for step count to begin with. Gradually go for exercise and diet
It is normal to gain weight as you crave for food which was not allowed during and post pregnancy. Try to make some dietary modifications and follow a healthy lifestyle to return to your normal weight.
This can be done by avoiding consumption of fried foods and sugars. Rest, include fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products, eggs, whole pulses and cereals, nuts and seeds in your diet.
Start reducing your carbs and add more fruits, soup and vegetables juice, sprouts in daily intake.
