I am carrying n I think about to complete 3 months I want to know perfect diet for my health no problems no vomiting only vomiting sensation sometimes healthy but tummy is too big so what can do for that.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
