Yes..pomegranate is rich in antioxidants and very safe during a normal pregnancy. However excess fruit / calorie intake and excess weight gain can lead to gestational diabetes depending on your pre pregnancy BMI/heredity, age etc. Please contact directly through practo for balanced diet for pregnancy
