In case of medication, u r taking hormonal supplements to prevent miscarriage right. Food that enhance female hormone production are good now a days. Prevent cough & cold. Prevent heavy weight lifting, & prevent constipation by food or supplements. It's mandatory for you like would be mother.. You can take high protein and water retention removal food. And do some small excercise on daily basis. Consumer a lot water to hydrate the body and take vitamin c rich fruits. After meal take Luke warm water.

We don’t know about any complications or present situation . But for sure don’t eat papaya n pineapple . Choose light healthy homemade food only . Don’t eat too spicy and oily food . For proper guidance and help CHAT DIRECTLY
