Pregnant with a fistula
Hello doctor ...i was not having my periods since 3months and today i discovered that i am pregnant...last time i checked was two weeks back when it didnt show that i was pregnant. the test was negative earlier..i gave birth to a baby january this year and got a fistula during delivery..which is going to be operated 3rd time this december.. i am worried if i should keep the baby or not..due to my health or will it affect baby...if i keep it..or will it affect my toddler..i dont know what should

I doubt the diagnosis of fistula post pregnancy. If it is then likely to be vagino anal fistula

First do an ultrasound nd see how many weeks pregnant you are...also check viability.. Ideally u need to postpone fistula surgery if u want to continue pregnancy till second trimester... Also more chances of. Cesarean section ... Better to consult a nearby gynaecologist
