Best food for probiotics, Curd,butter milk, fermented foods like idli dosa. And keep good water intake. 2-3 litters.

Curd, buttermilk and fermented food are naturally probiotics. You can take curd or buttermilk twice in a day. For healthy skin, keep you hydrated drink 3-4 litres water in a and follow balance diet.
