I am software Engineer by profession and my job required me to sit around 2 to 3 hour continue way. We have a job of 8 hour and in that time period we know that many nutrition not getting correctly in a correct way. I need a proper diet chart in order to maintained by all day nutrition in proper way. Please help me in that. It is so nice of you If you send me all things in a hour to hour basis morning, noon, evening and night.

Hi there! Try to eat breakfast within an hour once you wake up, if not possible then have atleast a fruit or 5 almonds. This is important to start your day with kick and boost metabolism. Have something within 3-4 hours do keep long gaps as they create gastric issues and make you gain weight.
