I am 25 year old and my weight is 55 kg.I want to lose my weight and want a healthy indian diet.also how can I lose my belly fat.

Hi.... U didn't mention ur height so it's difficult to assume he much u want to reduce .Anyway eat everything in moderation.Tk adequate amount of protein,gud fats, complex carbs.Do sm exercise daily.Drink plenty of water.For NY further consultation contact personally.

Start day with Cinnamon water Do some of exercise , crunches is more beneficial for reduce belly fat. in breakfast you can have poha , upma, omelette, skimmed milk dalia... With 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut but not to be soaked in water... Use skimmed milk daily in breakfast Then around 11 AM you can have whole fruit.. In lunch you can have curd, salad, 1.5 chappati, 1 vegetable or dal.... Around 4-5 PM you can have green tea with roasted channa In dinner you can have soups , ghia soup, vegetable dalia, khichdi, 1 kotri dal+1 Chappati , fruit yoghurt...
