Estrogen imbalance causes insulin resistance which ultimately disturbs carbohydrates metabolism. Food with a low glycemic load will help. Answers to your questions number 1) Curd is safe to eat as lactose is fermented in curd. Any fermented food is safe in your condition... 2) Nuts will be helpful 3) A well balanced, nutrient dense, low glycemic load home based diet will be helpful but remember a low calorie diet will be the worst diet. Do not start methi pani, jeera pani, detox water type of diet as these diets are intended for low calorie diets. Non-vegs (only whole eggs, chicken, fish) are safe during weight loss. You must not consume red meat. Last point, how many calories do you need to take?  and how much percentage of macro nutrients and micronutrients are needed? Answering these questions are must before starting any successful diet program... Lets discuss in detail...

Hi In your diet, add more fruits & vegetables. Include Vit E rich foods like fish, nuts, and walnuts. Also add VitC rich foods like citrus fruits, oranges, amla, sweet lime etc. Include low fat foods in your diet like skimmed milk, low fat cheese, low fat cheese, low-fat yogurt. Consume high fibrous foods like whole cereals, green leafy vegetables, whole fruits (instead of juices).Avoid high fat food, fried foods, caffeine, and meats, egg yolks.Avoid refined products like white sugar, white rice, salt etc.
