Hi welcome - If supplement is mandatory or recommended as per your body demand then it is okay. All international USFDA/HCCP or properly audited foods supplement are always best to consume still having less side effects but some how reliable..

Yes they will have side effects and won't be permanent solution. Better take natural sources which will not have any side effects and give long term results

Hello, I went through your query, while taking protein supplements,, all you need to know is to drink plenty of water, at least 5 litres of water a day, other wise this concentrated protein solution could affect kidney,, drinking plenty of water will avoid this side effect. After gaining your muscle mass,,, home workout like,, pull ups,, push-ups, jogging, squates will help s to maintain physique,, and just dietary high protein will enough to maintain (pulses, egg, most,)
