Quick weight loss
I want weight loss & flat tummy. Stomach is my primary concern. It bloats a lot. Need to fix this. Rest my body is not that fat or heavy but my major concern is for tummy & my thighs to some extent

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat. ask me directly for customized diet plan for belly fat reduction.
