Quit Smoking
I don't have strong will of a mind to quit smoking but it's too much of burden and mentally I feel it's high time I quit. Physically I am putting on weight and smoking is making me loose stamina for any form of physical exercises I used to do at ease 5-6 years back.

Since you are having problems quitting your smoke , you can be started on nictone replacement treatment initially which will reduce your smoke and craving too. Please consult a psychiatrist online or in person.
