Is raw egg beneficial or harmful for our body??
I searched on google where same results says that Avidin in egg yolk depletes absorption of biotin
While other says that egg yolk also contains enough amount of biotin along with Avidin
So there would not be any deficiency of biotin
Please help me about this.

thats correct biotin absorption is effected by avidin.
due to raw egg there are chances of contamination through microbes is more than boiled egg as we don't know the procurement methods of eggs.
so better totake boiled one.
