I workout 3 times a week weight lifting but still my belly fat is not reducing normally I have clean food most of the times

It's always 70% diet and 30% activity for weight loss.
So look into your diet what's wrong in your diet which is not making you lose fat from your belly.

Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily
Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also
Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking
