For a lactating female with gallstones , it's important to focus on a diet low in fat and cholesterol to reduce the risk of triggering gallbladder attacks. Opt for lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial. Natural remedies may include consuming lemon water or tea, which are thought to promote gallbladder health. Try to reduce fatty foods like fried , caffeine and carbonated drinks which triggered symptoms. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any natural remedies, especially while breastfeeding.
