You should start working to get it clear with natural ways. Take high fibre and moderately protein rich meal like pulses/ beans/ egg/ whole wheat / fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies. Take plenty of water during the day. You should avoid excessive fat at this time but be careful about your protein and kcal intake as you are a lactating mother. Take small and frequent meals to avoid bloating and heaviness. Sufficient amount of liquid in form of juices and soups will help you to get more of vitals. For a lactating female with gallstones , it's important to focus on a diet low in fat and cholesterol to reduce the risk of triggering gallbladder attacks. Opt for lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial. Natural remedies may include consuming lemon water or tea, which are thought to promote gallbladder health. Try to reduce fatty foods like fried , caffeine and carbonated drinks which triggered symptoms.
