Regarding protein suplmnt
Hello Doctor, I have been asked by gym instructor to have some protein supplement for additional protein for muscle gain. However my friends have asked me not to use those as that gives temp increase in body and muscles and goes away with time if there is a lag in workout. Body becomes lean and chests looks alike breasts in future. Have little confusion whether i can have it or not. I am already taking natural resources eggs and milk but that again a slower process of gaining muscles as far as i have heard from people. Please suggest what should i do? Thanks Raj
