Regarding running
Is running 1 plus km daily a good sign of heart health? Although tmt echo holter tests are normal and are done in may i.e. last month only. still these videos of people getting cardiac arrest all of sudden makes me very frightened.
I feel twitching in left upper chest sometimes. Sometimes pain in upper chest. Have low vitamin b12 around 150 and digestive issue, but mind is always concerned of cardiac issue.
