Regarding smothies
Hello...can we drink smoothies daily made up of fruits milk and yogurt...is it beneficial.?? Bcoz nowadays everywr mentioning smoothies...k

Hi Smoothies are rich in nutrition but we can have it 3 or 4 times in a week lot off pulp and high in vitamins and minerals. Make sure you consume fresh and can keep it in the refrigerator for next day.

Yes,u can take but along with addd all other nutrients in ur diet like carb, protein,fat , vitamin and mineral. Take seasonal food as whole for getting good results in mid morning 11 am or snacks time . Add other healthy food also add in ur diet.

Hi Not daily, may be once in two or three days..as other foods are also important to be involved in the platter for day diets.. Always it's best to have fruits in their natural and wholesome state..you get the complete benefit out of it for example the fiber, vitamins, minerals and especially antioxidants..from the fruit ate completely bioavailable for you if you have it whole without even cutting it.... But you can even enjoy milk shakes out of them every now and then . Note..it's better not to mix milk and yoghurt both at one time..as both are different in their processes.. Thankyou

Smoothies or milkshakes are not a bad option, keep it to less frequent  during the week probably  when you find not much time to consume variety  of foods The way our bodies absorbs and assimilate  foods and nutrients  is a very unique process and hence we require  a balanced  nutrition  to get all the day's nutrients  for proper  metabolism
