Regarding stopping of ecosprin AV
Hello sir,
My father was on medication of ecosprin AV.
He is suffering from abdomen pain and doctor has advised to conduct USG.
Also, doctor had said that they are going to conduct TMT test.
And thus they have changed his medicine from ecosprin AV to Telmisartan and Metaprolol Succinate combination for the time being till they perform TMT test.
Due to some reasons, TMT test and USG cannot be performed today.
I just wanted to ask if it is ok to stop ecosprin AV.
Please provide some advise.

Hello,
Need to know why he was taking ecosprin av. And ecosprin av and telmisartan Metaprolol are not same both are different group of medicines. In fact we stop metaprolol 2 days prior to TMT
