Regular fever
My son is 3 yrs and 6 months old. He has joined LKG last June. Since then once in every two to three weeks, he is getting fever.Now also, he is sufering from fever since yesterday. Every six hours we are giving him P250 4ml. At the end of 6th hour, he is getting a fever of 102.6 degree. Now shall we give him Meftal. People says that Meftal has some side effects. We dont know the reason why he is getting fever frequently. Kindly help

Having frequent illness episode on starting play school is very common. Most kids go through this phase. Till he getting well in 3-5days, eating well, growing well, u need not worry. If illness is too much or just for sake of safety u can get basic tests done to ensure there is no other reason for illness.
Meftal has side effects but we recommend giving it as per the clinical situation, so u have to consult ur doctor for that.
