Eat more healthy fats like nuts, seeds, dairy, and ghee to add natural fullness to your face. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily to keep your skin hydrated and plump. Include protein-rich foods like eggs, lentils, fish, and cottage cheese to improve muscle tone. Add collagen-boosting foods like oranges, berries, and bell peppers for better skin health. Reduce stress with deep breathing, yoga, or short walks in nature. Try simple face exercises like puffing cheeks, jaw movements, and gentle massages with almond or coconut oil. Sleep at least 7-8 hours to avoid a tired and dull look. Limit caffeine, junk food, and processed items as they can make the face look more sunken. Step outside for 10-15 minutes of morning sunlight for natural vitamin D. Stay consistent with healthy habits, and results will come gradually.
Next Steps
Avoid adding table salt, extra oil, or heavy tadka to your meals. This helps reduce unnecessary sodium and unhealthy fats, supporting better heart health and overall wellness.
