I take cup of tea(with sugar nd full fat milk) at 8:00 a.m morning ND evening...5:00 p.m.
Can I replace it with green tea..?

Hi,If you are taking 2 cup of normal tea in a day then that is fine. There is no problem in taking normal tea but if you want to replace it with green tea you can do that also.
