Hi, Sometimes people experience these emotions especially given the stresses of modern life. However It is when these feelings are persistent, interfering with daily activities as in your friend’s case , she can't identify the reasons too and is affected . Your friend should consult a Psychologist. With a proper diagnosis , identifying the underlying causes and the following treatment plan that could include therapy, if required medication, or a combination of both. She will feel better and be able to manage positively.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.

Hey, Frequent experiences of a particular emotion might indicate that someone is going through something significant and is trying to suppress their feelings. In such cases, showing empathy and actively listening can be very helpful. Offering a non-judgmental space for them to express their emotions can provide much-needed support and encourage them to share what they're going through.

Hi, It is not necessarily normal for someone to experience such intense and frequent feelings of restlessness, anxiety, and irritation without understanding the cause. It could be a sign of an underlying mental health issue such as anxiety or depression, or it could be related to stress or other external factors. It would be advisable for your friend to speak with a mental health professional to get a proper evaluation and treatment plan. It's important to address these symptoms and seek help in order to improve her overall well-being and quality of life.

Hello, Your friend is not in a great state of mind and that is also causing concern to you. It takes a lot of patience to be around a friend with frequently heightened emotions. With limited information regards the friend, there could be some medical underlying causes too which can be ruled out as well. Stress, emotional blockages, unresolved issues can cause frequent irritation. Your friend needs to have a constructive outlet to vent out and make space for calmness and positive energy. Writing down feelings, acceptance of emotions, going with the flow and letting go of the need to control everything. Self care, engaging more into activities that build your morale shall slowly facilitate energy shift. Counseling sessions shall be beneficial to identify the cause and begin the healing process. More peace and happiness to your friend. You can consult for further professional guidance. Happy Healthy Living!
