  4. Rise in hb level. Usual or its an issue?

Rise in hb level
I was diagnosed dengue 1 week ago . At that time my Hb was 14.5 . Today i again checked my Hb and it showed 16.2 . So i want to ask is this hike in the haemoglobin level is usual or its an issue ?
