My doctor added 0.5mg risperidone to 60mg fluoxetine. How soon can i expect to see improvements in my irritability and mild behaviour problems.

In my case, antidepressants like fluoxetine, sertraline doesn't work. But antipsychotic work. Doctor prescribed me risperidone 4 mg. It works but i can't tolearate it. Amisulpride also work. I want to know how much power of amisulpride is equal to 3 or 4 mg risperidone. Now i am, 100 mg dose on amisulpride. Is it equal to 3 or 4 mg risperidone.
