With no intention whatsoever to question the veracity of any self-help book that is supposed to be effective in managing anxiety, I am unable to recommend you any such book. The reason for that from my side is that I believe, while such books may be greatly helpful in managing anxiety, anxiety by itself will often need medication and / or counselling. So, before relying on books, please visit a psychologist for guidance.
