I am having sever back pain from 2 day , cant sleep properly, Can u suggest some muscle relaxants for my back pain

Tab MYOSPAS FORTE 1-0-1 x 3 days , having gastritis problem take Tab. Rantac 150 mg 1-0-1 x 3 days
