Severe back pain
My mother is suffering from severe back pain.her age is 45.And the mri scan reports are like. 1. Degenerative changes in spine 2.scoliosis of lumber spine 3. Mild disc bulge at L2- L3 level causing mild compression on thecal sac and impingement on left traversing root never. What kind of treatment should be taken? And please suggestions what changes should be made in daily life.

Take her for physiotherapy treatment and once her pain comes down she will need postural correction exercises and core strengthening exercises on regular basis.
