Severe back pain old injury
Painful at left lower back traveling to centre of small of back. Pain shooting down left hip into leg. No bowl movement for 2 days. Stomach protruding slightly

If you have pain going down your leg, then it is most likely due to compression of nerve. You will need to see an Orthopaedic Spinal surgeon for assessment and investigations as necessary.
