Severe headache after yoga
Good morning doctor, today I practice yoga for my stress and anxiety. I do kapalbhati for 3 min and anlom vilom for 3 min. Then I mediate just focus of my breath come and out. After 4 breath my headache start then I stop it. After 1 hour I feel headache and headpressure when I walk and doing some work. This headache feels in both temple, eyebrows, inside eyes and under eyes. What should I do??? It makes me so anxious, so much worried please help.

Follow proper yoga with trainer, some time little change in procedure there will be increase in vaat(gas).kapalua bati need to be done carefully.

After a gap of half hour drink enough water,alsoh other times drink enough water. Dehydration also causes headache. Check if u have gastric problem,acidity or constipatio.
