My hands shaking for past few months,iam going to bed very late around after 3am and getting up early for college,i smoke cigarettes too and has now trying to leave that too,i started smoking for last 2-3 months every day but now i smoke only once a week. When ever i get up late like 3pm after sleeping late too around 3am shaking of hands are tends to be more and i feel weakness too.my weight is around 50kg.my age is about 19years. some times i feel like not only my hand but my whol body is shak
