Sharp pain in stomach right side
I am suffering from this sharp pain (since 3 days)which remains for few seconds in my stomach right side (not lower stomach but some next to belly ), there is no gastric issue, ultrasound result shows nothing. This pain starts anytime and remains for seconds.I am bit scared now as ultrasound shows nothing and gastric meds not helping.could it be life threatening.

Get X ray chest / LFT
MRI upper abdomen to rule out any pathological cause
Indigestion and gas also could b the reason
Take antacids regularly and Mucaine gel post meals
