Shoulder,chest,neck  and upper back pain
Pain is associated with left side and last two finger(little finger and adjoin) numb during sleep All heart releted test are normal  koi aisa test hai jisse upper back me koi nas dabi hai ya koi problem hai wo pata chal sake

You pain and numbness could be due to nerve compression in your neck region. You should check for a neck X Ray.

Might be possible tenderness present on the medial border of the scapula. Apply hot pack and release the tender point. It help you.

Correct diagnosis can be done after assessing the patient in person. But when its related to the last two fingers pin and numbness, chances of the ulnar nerve involvement in high which can be subsequent effect of neck pain.
