  4. Skin problem. Why i still have itching?

Hi, I have been suffering from skin problems- itching, redness and when I scratch it becomes dark.. i mostly have in my leg n back. I applied oilatum lotion and I daily had ebast 20 mg tablet recommeded by doctor. im not sure why i still have itching
