Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

Hi For weight gain you need to follow a High Protein, High Calorie Diet plan. But I can't plan your diet here without knowing your Time Schedule, Diet Schedule and medical history. _________________________ I would recommend you to meet me or any other Dietician for personalized diet plan. _________________________ As it's just not a weight gain Journey it's a lifestyle change which you can adapting for hole life so learn under the expert _________________________ For a while you can follow the following tips which may help you to some extent. But for proper result you need to follow personalized diet plan. > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. _________________________ DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case.

Hello, weight gain program requires sustained efforts and holistic approach. Just eating more ghee / butter laden foods, or popping pills is not going to help you.  some tips are: 1. Rule out digestion issues like bloating, frequent indigestion, worm infestation, IBS etc. 2. Take smaller portions of, energy dense foods and  have frequent meals. 3. Don't drag over lunch or dinner more than 15-20 min. Chew food properly. 4. Drink water in between meals. 5. Do some light strength training exercise like dumb bells, push ups, Pilates etc 6. Try to take balanced diet with fruits, veggies, nuts, sprouts, paneer, curd, whole cereals. Cut down on junk  food and outside food.  Preferably eat home-cooked food.
Next Steps
Consult a physician to rule out any underlined medical condition. Consult a dietitian for customised diet plan.
