Hypothyroidism can be diagnosed by thyroid function tests. Snoring can occur because of various reasons such obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause being obesity. Treatment depends on identifying cause for snoring
