Soar throat- pain in swallowing
Hi Recently I have developed a pain in my throat and having difficulty in swallowing food as well. I also developed fever with it. Please help me with medicine and solutions. Thanks

A physician in person would help you with medicines. As of now, take lots of fluids and gargle with lukewarm salt water.
