Hi Is there any tips to keep myself relaxed and calm because whenever am moving into crowds or facing people repeatedly am getting nervous, kinda anxious & fear..( would like to here some expert advices to sort out this problem.

Practice becoming more assertive, by communicating your needs in a calm and relaxed way. Use “I” statements like- I feel, I think, etc.
Focus on your body language- stand up straight, make eye contact, lean in while communicating so that you show openness.
Prepare some topics for small talk related to current events, pop culture, etc. They can come in handy while meeting new people. Giving compliments can be helpful too!
It’s also important to understand where your fear and anxiety is coming from, and challenge negative thoughts.

To keep yourself calm you could practice meditation for atleast 30 minutes everyday or learn few deep breathing exercises. You could also write down your Negative thoughts that bother you in crowded places and try to counter anxiety that you may feel with the deep breathing exercises. Apart from that I would suggest you to explore the thoughts with the help of Psychologist for better Management.
