You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Since you are already taking antibiotics you can add a over the counter analgesics and antiseptic mouth gargle for your treatment
