Severe throat pain since 2 days, lost voice from last night,can only whisper and no cold.wet cough and throat

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngitis/tonsillitis with acute simple laryngitis. Consult nearby ENT specialist for detailed examination of throat and treatment. Also you can do salt water gargling and steam inhalation
