Hi,
I have pain more than 6 years now when walking or sleeping on my side or my back . can’t walk now more than 15 minutes have pain inner and outer hip the pain goes from my hip and back an knee.i have in the same side old surgery when i was 10 years old and now 31, the surgery was leg lengthening .

Possible pain generators may be your sacroiliac joint of Lumbar facets. Better get Xray LS Spine and pelvis with both hips. Later one may need MRI if X-rays are non conclusive.
