Spotting for 2 weeks
I had spotting for 2 weeks after no periods for 2 months.Trans vaginal ultrasound was done.Endometrial thickness was 2:8mm.Pap smear is clear.Now bleeding has started from today.what can I take to stop prolonged bleeding as I need to travel.

At the age of 47 years , I think there is no point in taking medical treatment. You are lucky that your pap smear is normal and Endometrial thickness is 2.8 mm. You should plan for surgery for removal of the uterus. Otherwise you will have to go for check up with a Gynaecologist every six months, take some treatment or the other and always be worried that something might go wrong. So best is to go for Uterus removal.
