Please tell me can i take sprout as a option for dinner. If yes then in summer which grain I should take as sprout like moong, chana or any other

Dear Practo User Sprouts can be a good option for ur breakfast or as a snack. Its not a great dinner replacement option. you can take sprouts as an evening snacks... but don’t try to skip your dinner only replacement of sprouts.. It will hamper your basic metabolic rate... as an evening snacks you can take any kind of pulses making sprouts because after germination every dal will rich in vitamin C , Protein and other minerals..
