you can take sprouts as an evening snacks... but don’t try to skip your dinner only replacement of sprouts.. It will hamper your basic metabolic rate... as an evening snacks you can take any kind of pulses making sprouts because after germination every dal will rich in vitamin C , Protein and other minerals..
