Squint due to wearing powered glasses.
I am 20 years old and I have been wearing glasses from 7 years with my powers -4.25 and -3.75 and I have started to develop an eye squint when I remove my glasses. What to do?

There is no relation of power with Squint but you should wear glass all the time otherwise you may develop amblyopia .
